how i can solve my problem with SSL .I dont have Active Directory or DNS ,and there is problem to active SSL self assinge. The following picture show the calling logs and what happened during the call.

More detail is required to explain the significance of this. You seem to have assumed a reason for TLS to fail, but haven’t told ust that assumption.
