Voicemail Delayed. Flagged as Spam?

As a newby in training, I have been learning a lot about PBXIAF and Asterisk in the last month. I’ve set up a few servers for client, yet my current task is for our own server, which was setup by the previous person before he left.

I’ve been told about a month ago, any voicemails we receive have been showing up hours, to almost a day or more after the voicemail was placed.

While reading the Maillog file, it seems as though the emails are being flagged as spam.

I’ve been using google to my best, which doesn’t seem to be good enough as I do not know enough about PBX/Asterisk to know exactly what key terms I should be looking for.

After a couple days of trying this and that, I managed to figure out how to change the spoof email. The error now appears as such:

I want to assume, after looking in the Mail Queue, the only thing that didn’t change, as the email did, is the Send As name line, which is Asterisk PBX.

How do I go about changing the line from Asterisk PBX, to something that isn’t filtered by Barracudacentral?
Or am I taking this from the wrong angle?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Realized I forgot some info that might be needed.
FreePBX Version: 2.11.0.38
Asterisk: 1.8.12
Not sure if the other lines are needed, if so, I’ll add them to this post upon request.

Check your mail setup. A dedicated POP account for the box may help.
