I went from SIP through gizmo to IAX2 through teliax, and suddenly I started getting very bad audio. I’ve even reworked my network in an attempt to get it to work, to no avail. The audio is completely unrecognizable, and sometimes isn’t even there.
I have it setup with NAT, forwarding UDP port 4569 to my asterisk box, which has the firewall turned off. I’m running 1.6.1.4.

When debugging jb, the first return is V, followed by almost exclusively by vvvvvvvvvvvv. From looking around this seems to indicate all my packets are coming late.
