Using features.conf to redirect call - hangup original call?


I am using * as a gateway to another PBX.

I’ve set features.conf to enable the keys ## to redirect to voicemail. People can stop holding in an queue on the other PBX & redirect whenever they like using ##.

I’ve noticed the original call stays in the external PBX queue until the caller finishes leaving a voicemail & hangs up. At that point, the call in the external PBX queue also hangsup.

If you answer the call on the other PBX during this time, there is no sound & the caller cannot hear you - also, you cannot hear them.

How can I hangup the original call to the external PBX queue at the time of redirecting the caller to voicemail???
