Users should change Cli set from eyebeam

I am using magnus billing everything works perfect just need to know if my customer needs to change cli directly from eyebeam/xlite softphone,
Normally users have to login thier account but some of my users need to set cli directly from their eyebeam/xlite,
I tried to replace display name and username with cli number but it shows me forbidden message, please help…

I don’t even see how this can be possible. The CLI on outbound calls will be
set by Asterisk, not by the device / endpoint placing the call.

If you are going to report an error message, please quote it exactly.

Also, please explain in what way you are asking anything about Asterisk, as
even that is not clear to me from your question…

It may well be better if you explain what you are trying to achieve, without
focusing on how you are so far unsuccessfully trying to achieve it.
