User is not registering inside softphone

here Is my configuration of sip.conf file

but I am able to register member inside zoiper

need to register this user 1690100 inside zoiper so that this agent can get the call.

You have not supplied logs of a failing REGISTER.

Also note that chan_sip is not supported by the main project, any longer, and you will have to rely on a third party fork for use with Asterisk 21 onwards.

Your configuration show signs of being copied and pasted, which typically compromises security.

What does “member inside” mean.
