Howto overcome the ‘Unknown RTP codec 126 received from’ in Asterisk with eyeBeam by CounterPath.
Some versions don’t like non-standard codec numbers for telephony events, in which case incoming RFC 2833 DTMF will not work If that is not the problem, the peer is broken and whether it is a problem will depend on exactly what it is using codec 126 for.
