Unable to transfer, blind or attended

I’m lost here.
I’ve been trying to figure out this problem with no luck.

We have our system setup with Voicepulse.

I use a sip phone to dial 9,my cell phone.
Phone rings, all is fine.
I hit ##.
It says transfer.
As soon as I hit any key, or if I dont hit a key for about 3 seconds, I get the following:
"were sorry, that’s not a valid extention.
I have setup on multiple machines, in multiple location.

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?!

do you have

include => parkedcalls in your extensions.conf?

[from-internal] ; applications are now mostly all found in from-internal-additional in _custom.conf include => parkedcalls include => from-internal-custom ;allow phones to dial other extensions include => ext-fax
