Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI'

Hi,

i have installed an asterisk server with legacy PSTN support using OpenVox card in order to dial-in or dial-out.
I have also set up some rules so i can make this happen and dialing in or out works fine until some days after when i try to call a number using a dahdi channel i get this on the console:

app_dial.c:2041 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type ‘DAHDI’ (cause 17 - User busy)

If i restart the system, everything works as expected again.

Any hints on what could be wrong?

I believe “user busy” is a simple busy!

You need to contact the support department of the card vendor. Note that DIgium do not support their commercial products through this forum - see the first sticky posting.

So you believe it is a hardware problem?

I believe it is a problem that would be covered by Digium support, if you are using a Digium card.
