Hello.
I defined 3 trunks in Isabel. One through FXO and 2 through IP. I want the trunk name to be visible for the extension when a call enters the organization and is directed to an extension.

In that case you should ask an Issabel list / forum, because Asterisk does not
use the word “trunk”, and I doubt that anyone here know what dialplan the
Issabel project has created for Asterisk to use.
Asterisk is the equivalent of a car engine. Issabel is the equivalent of a
car. You are asking how to operate the cruise control.
Sorry not to be of more help, but I hope it’s useful enough to know that
you’re asking in the wrong place.
Antony.

While this is an Asterisk forum, focused on Raw Asterisk, I have some experience with this in FreePBX which is very similar to Isabel. There should be a module/application called Set CallerID. Create a Caller ID and route the DID to that Caller ID and the Caller ID to the extension. Alternatively, you can route the call to a Queue or Ring Group and set the Queue/Ring Group Prefix before routing to the extension. I believe you can also set Caller ID at the Inbound Route
