I have a server with Elastix and one TE120 card E1 mode, I’d like to connect this server to my siemens Hipath 3800 using E1.
What do I need to do? Setup normally the zap trunk and connect then with a E1 cross over cable?

Presumably, yes.
You will probably need to set DAHDI up to be the timing source, signalling=pri_net - if you have trouble with CLI being passed properly between the two try qsig.
