Troubleshooting SIP Outgoing Calls

I’m having some issue on outgoing calls (international)

The called no. sometimes has no sound and not ringing but duration still count.
We already raised the issue to our provider but accordiing to them calls pn their part is ok.

How can we verify and troubleshooting on our end?

My Tshoot step:

  1. Latency to provider - Normal
    2, Internet connection - Normal, Not intermittent
  2. show peer - Ok
  3. Ram / CPU: 96% / Normal
  4. Asterisk console


Dump your SIP and RTP traffic and analyze it.
