Trouble making PRI calls

I have installed libpri 1.2.8, dahdi 2.6.1 and Asterisk 1.8. The configurations are made according to the samples in “Asterisk: The Definitive Guide” book. i m trying to make pri calls by configuring E1 on Digium TE110 card. but when ever i dial from soft-phone to a number on the remote end of E1 line, i get the following message:

-- Executing [20004@internal:1] Dial("SIP/windows-00000000", "DAHDI/G0/20004") in new stack Created an extension cc interface for '20004@internal' with id 1 and parent 0 DAHDI confmute(0) failed on channel 31: Invalid argument -- Couldn't call DAHDI/G0/20004 DAHDI confmute(0) failed on channel 31: Invalid argument Unable to restore gains: Invalid argument Failed to reset conferencing on channel 31: Invalid argument -- Hungup 'DAHDI/31-1' == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (0:0/0/0) -- Auto fallthrough, channel 'SIP/windows-00000000' status is 'CHANUNAVAIL'
kindly help me in sorting this out

You should qualify for support from Digium itself. This forum is for peer support of the open source Asterisk software. There is a sticky thread explaining this.

Except that the TE110P is long since an EOL product and no longer receives any support (www1.digium.com/en/products/end-of-life).

At this point in time it’s highly unlikely that this user is going to qualify for any installation assistance. As we stopped selling that model 5 years ago, they’re likely not buying new, but on the resale market, so they won’t be able to register the product for the complimentary installation support.

Cheers.
