i’ve installed an Asterisk pbx to receive calls from an IVR on a Panasonic Pbx via SIP…
The customer needs to receive the original CID instead Sip Peer ID…
Is a panasonic question or can i manipulate configuration to show original CID?
Unless you configure it to do otherwise, Asterisk will pass the caller ID through.
Otherwise could include using fromuser without a supported setting of sendrpid, setting callerid on the incoming side peer definition, not having trustrpid when the peer uses RPID por PAI headers, rather than the user in From:, explicitly changing it in the dialplan.
