Toll-free not in service

We just recently were informed by our client that their toll-free number is now saying “number not in service”

Are you using FreePBX? Ask in the FreePBX Forum, or create an INBOUND route for that DID. Most important your connection to the DB is not working:

You don’t have any inbound routes in your freepbx, for this number. If this was a working installation maybe your provider changed how he is sending the did number or maybe someone deleted the route that you had. Always have in your system with anydid/anycid to avoid this kind of problems.

Thank you for the advice. After searching through a few other posts and the FreePBX gui (completely new to all this) I just added that number as an inbound route and pointed it to the right IVR and it was good to go.
