The L() option of the Dial command is not effective sometime

I have a Asterisk in running. I use the L option of “Dial” to limit customer’s available call duration. It is work well mostly, but didn’t effective some times .When the time passed over the limit durantion, The channel did not be hangup. My English is pool, help me!

We use this option in our billing system which does thousands of calls each day and this option is working 100% of the time. Maybe you put wrong values for this option? Try to double check it.

I have check the log of Asterisk, the values for the option “L” is right.
