By double call do you mean, calling two parites at the same time using the Dial() command?
No , I mean :
B is busy
A call B
A find B ringing ( not busy)

By default, Asterisk does not limit the number of simultaneous calls over SIP, with the same address (if it did, one could not have a call centre, etc., over SIP). However, it is possible to configure it to track the number of calls, and impose limits.
The SIP Peer may impose limits of its own.
