TE120P E1 card

Hi,

Am having some problems with our E1 trunk to PSTN it frequently failing and gives circuit busy error msg on CLI output.

When we reboot the whole elastix box, it solves this. But this can happen twice a week which i think is not acceptable.

My Questions are:

  1. Is there a specific command to restart the E1 card only? I have tried to read the manual for TE120P card but couldn’t find any.

  2. What can contribute the failing of this trunk so frequently?
    NB: we are using PRI Signaling with the telco.
