A TDM400P card requires a PCI-X 64-bit (PCI 2.2 compliant) slot or it’s enough a PCI 32-bit (PCI 2.2 compliant)?
I want to know if it is possible to use a desktop motherboard or I must buy a server motherboard?

where did you read it needs a 64-bit slot ? afaik PCI 2.2 is the only restriction.
i’ve used them in “desktop mainboards” without problem.
