Stuck SIP channels - weird issue

I’ve got incominglimit=1 set on a SIP channel. At random times, the call won’t get hung up properly; the phone will still be able to make outgoing calls but incoming calls will be denied. When I check sip show inuse the phone shows that is has an active call when it doesn’t!

The only thing that fixes this is a restart now and this is difficult to do with the call volumes I have.

Any ideas? I’m using Asterisk 1.2.24 and SNOM 300 IP phones.

not quite sure what you mean by this, but I cannot increase the incoming limit because these phones are in a call center and these agents can’t have more than one call coming in at once.
