Start Linphone multiple instance on same VM

I have Linphone-5.2.6.AppImage installed on my VM. Please suggest how can I start multiple instances of Linphone on same VM.

Try starting them with different values for the HOME environment variable, or simply from different users.

while running Linphone from different user I am getting this error:
./Linphone-5.2.6.AppImage
QML debugging is enabled. Only use this in a safe environment.
qt.qpa.xcb: could not connect to display localhost:10.0
qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin “xcb” in “” even though it was found.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: xcb.

X11 connection rejected because of wrong authentication.
