SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 160

Hi,

I am getting below logs on one of my asterisk -:

== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 10
[May 30 12:48:19] ERROR[18128]: tcptls.c:522 ast_tcptls_client_start: Unable to connect SIP socket to 67.198.233.26:5061: Connection timed out
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 160
== SRTCP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure
[May 30 12:48:22] ERROR[2045]: iostream.c:538 ast_iostream_close: close() failed: Bad file descriptor
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 160
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 160
== SRTCP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 802983612 because of authentication failure 160

When I am passing a call from asterisk-1 to asterisk-2 then I am getting above logs on asterisk-2 and no voice is coming to both the parties although call gets connected.

asterisk-1 version - 15.1.3
asterisk-2 version -15.4.0

I am very new to this asterisk & SIP world. It would be great if somebody can help me on this.

Check the version of your installed copy of libsrtp. It’s likely a version older than 1.5.4:
