[Solved] Peer Unreachable

Hi guys,

Need some help for this one. i am setting up a new asterisk server. Version 11.7.0

we have few Cisco Voice Gateway router. and i need to forward the call to the new asterisk server.

Asterisk Server IP: 172.16.2.58
Cisco Gateway IP: 172.16.2.79

Below is the output for sip show peers. it shows unreachable for all the cisco gateway

Below is the dial-peer on Cisco Gateway. when i call 67237843, the call actually goes to 172.16.2.11 instead of 172.16.2.58

I have no issue to ping each other. let me know if any other info you guys need.

Have you tried disabling qualify?

Hi David55, yes, i did try that. Status changed to Unmonitored. and the call does not route to the Asterisk server from Cisco Voice Gateway.

Seems connection breaks somewhere. something need to configure on Cisco Gateway

Status shows ok now after disable iptables on CentOS… :smiley:
