Sip unregister <peer> results in peer unknown. Not registered

I’ve tried to unregister telnyx:

because it doesn’t show in sip show peers however, it doesn’t have a peer name. They syntax is given by help sip unregister but…this isn’t a peer, at least not so far as sip show peers is concerned.

The unregister CLI command is only for forcing the expiration of incoming registrations, It won’t affect your outbound registrations.

Remove the register string from your box. If you don’t it will keep up showing up.
