I have budgetphone (3 numbers) and voipbuster.
Both providers work perfectly well with SPA2002 SIP adapters i have.
I use port 5060 5061 5062 and 5063
This means firewall, port and routing should be o.k. otherwise i would not be able to make and receive calls via the SIP adapters.
Now Asterisk:
I disabled one good working phone number on port 5060 and just want to register to the budgetphone server with asterisk
I have the following configuration and with tcpdump i compare the contents of the packets sent :
The packets sent by the sip adapters looks very good. The addresses where to reply to are in the packets.
Asterisk packets seem to be incomplete as you can see below.
No internal ip address is available.
After some testing i have to conclude:
I do not receive a correct reply from the budgetphone SIP server
because it says “Relaying denied”.
Any suggestions to make asterisk work like my SIP adapters ?
