This is driving me really nuts… 
I added:
externip = 80.126.118.241
localnet = 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0
nat=yes
register => 0878702489:PASSWORD@sip.xs4all.nl
to the general part op SIP.conf
But somehow registration fails:
