Sip phone will not receive call from .call file

I have a sip phone that will not receive a message from a .call file. The others will receive the message. The only difference in the call file is the extension number.

Here is the CLI output when asterisk attempts to make the call:

-- Attempting call on sip/101 for application Playback(/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom/testMsg) (Retry 1)

You don’t have an extension number in your call file!

You are failing to get a response from the phone device. I think that will happen if you make a normal call to it. You should look at the SIP trace.

I actually do.

I have tested it with other sip extensions and it works. Just tested the extension on another sip phone, that worked with another extension, and it worked.
