I’ve installed asterisk release 13.8-cert1. I realized it does not come with SIP_HEADER function when I tried to run a dialplan I found somewhere. I’, starting with asterisk, so I’d appreciate you help about SIP_HEADER installation.

Are you using PJSIP or Chan SIP?
If you are using pjsip you would need to use PJSIP_HEADER instead.
