SIP H.323 translator

Hello, I’m a new user of Asterisk.

Our company needs to support both SIP and H.323 (certain voip phones only use H.323). Does Asterisk have a built-in capability for translating between the 2 protocols?

Here’s an example of how we’d like to use it: inbound call from a SIP phone through Asterisk to a H.323 phone, with transation in real-time in between.

I’m a newbie, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
