Simple config with 2 phones and Grandstream HT-802 V2

I’m looking for the content of the config files for setting up Asterisk with 2 phones and a Grandstream HT-802.

It is my believe that the goal is very simple: when a user picks up one of the 2 phones and dials 999 (or some other number), Asterisk should pick and play a random welcome message - all stored as a WAV-file. After this the user can leave a voicemail. This voicemail should be stored as a WAV file. Once completed the call should be disconnected - waiting for the next one.

I started with the config set labelled as “basic PBX”. But even this basic config set has an overwelming amount of options.

Any suggestions - config content or otherwise - would be really appreciated.

It is much easier for newbies to Asterisk to load FreePBX which is a web front end to Asterisk. Check out http://www.freepbx.org This is a complete distribution of the front end + Asterisk.
