Setting sipheader or iaxvar can make any problem for server on high concurrent calls

Hello dear friends
I want to pass 7 variables from one asterisk to another asterisk by sipheader or iaxvar ,
First i want to know which one works better for pass variables over trunk, sip or iax ?!!
And then In high concurrent calls, about 400 concurrent call, setting sipheader or iaxvar , can make overload on asterisk?? Or any other problem ?!!

Is it possible that network interface faced with problem in this situation?!!!

I would use SIP.

There should be no issue with overloading your servers from adding variables to the invites between them.
