Setting both max silence and between silence for recording in ARI

Hi,

When recording a channel in ARI, I can set the max silence, which is good. But, I also need to set a between silence, so the system will wait longer for the start of talking, but when talking stops, it will end the recording almost immediately Is this possible with ARI (version 13)?
