The timestamp between predicted and actual was high which can indicate a large gap in media or a media source change so to give the remote side a better chance at resynchronizing its jitterbuffer the marker bit is set.
Is there an actual problem you are trying to resolve?
There is no problem, there are no sound loss.
Looks like these messages are not indicating any real rtp problem.
I did not see such messages before latest asterisk version, so I decided to ask
