I have 1 ring group with member: 101,102,103,104
when agent on 102 logged-out …why 102 still able to accept incoming call?
could any body please help?

What’s a ring group? It’s a GUI abstraction, not part of Asterisk. My guess is that it corresponds to the Dial(a&b&c&d) notation in Asterisk.
In that case, it will be using devices, and unless those devices are Agent pseudo devices, will not care whether anyone is logged in to the device, only whether it is reachable (registered (if not a static address) and responding to OPTION requests, if qualify is enabled).
