Been trying to get this to work for a while now and it’s driving me mad because the logic is so simple yet it just doesn’t work. I am trying to have a rule set so a pair of converged phones (say ext 410+411) simultaneously ring, then after 5 rings cascade to an external cell phone. So far I can only cascade to the cell without a “simultaneously ring extensions 410 and 411” rule. But I must have that rule in place to get those 2 to ring at all… so I can only do one or the other. What am I missing?!
le sigh I figured it out… I’m an idiot and had created 2 call rules instead of creating 2 actions within a single call rule!
