Registration is sucessful, able to make call, but no sound at both the ends.
I have dynamic IP and have configured sip.conf with external host, opend the firewall port 5061 and range from 10000-20000.
Not sure about this error.

You need to enable SIP debugging and find out:

which response is not being received;
-
which IP addresses are being negotiated for audio.
Most probably you have not configured external addresses properly for NAT.
One question , did you read the link… Indicated on the Retransmission timeout message.?
