[Resolved] TDM400 and DISA

Hi,

I try to use DISA with my TDM400
I’ve got :

EXTENSIONS.CONF
[incoming]
Exten => 32,1,DISA(111|default)

ZAPATA.CONF
;FXO module
group=2
rxgain=20%
txgain=10%
echocancel=yes
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=incoming
signalling=fxs_ks
channel=2

Now, if I call the PSTN line, dial 32 -> I’ve got a Dial tone… then, I can dial any password or any phone number, the dialtone remains active… ignoring completely the number dial

I made a test with a phone, that I placed in this context.
That works fine… dial 32… got a dial tone… dial my 3 digits + # => That’s OK… I can dial any phone number…

I would suspect that the problem would be the DTMFMODE ?
(That’s why I place it into ZAPATA.CONF)

But I can’t understand why the system recognize the key press for the extension, but IGNORE the password ???

Any idea ?

Thanks and regards,

Stephane

Try setting your gains to 0.0 and try again.

rxgain=20% txgain=10%

I think this is wrong AFAIK it should look like

rxgain=5 txgain=0

for example

Ian

Thanks !!
the problem was effectively the gain… to high
I kept DTMFMODE=RFC2833
Now -> OK

Thanks again

You’re welcome. I’ll tag the title as resolved.

BTW, “dtmfmode” is not an option for zapata.conf so Asterisk is just discarding that setting you have there.
