[RESOLVED] Outbound call problem!

Hi

I’m un new “user” of Asterisk and i’m realy surprise of myself, I don’t know anything about Linus and i setup un working IP PBX with Asterisk@home! It’ very exiting!

Most of the features i test works well including inbound call from PSTN but it’s imposible to make a outbound call. I use a Digium Wildcard X100P.

The PSTN operator always answer (recording message of course) “you must dial 1 or 0 pour call this number” It’s like the Asterisk dial to fast of the wrong way to be understand by the PSTN…

Someone have a idea?

Thank’s

Nick

You probably pass the wrong number to the PSTN, too many numbers or too less.

Can you post relevent lines from your extension.conf where you dial thru your zap channel ?

Thank’s Francois. You gave me the hit I needed! My problem was a the “Outbound Dial Prefix” in the ZAP Trunk.
