Running Asterisk 1.2.0
Issue:
No ringback for calls to the PSTN when an ISDN PROGRESS msg is received instead of an ALERTING message.
All calls to the PSTN that result in an ISDN ALERTING message being received have ringback applied.
Resolution:
SIP 183 was being sent back from Asterisk correctly but was not being forwarded by my proxy.
