OK, so the answer is apparently no. Only option for customizing mysql CDR output is to overwrite the variables written to the DB, ie: userfield or accountcode. In that one can insert several variables seperated by a '|'

Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere in the Wiki or eslewhere but I can’t find it.
I currently have realtime up and running and mysql cdr logging which all work fine. What I want to know is how can I make mysql logging of cdr records work with custom variables?
Ie, before using mysql CDR I used the cdr_custom.conf file. How do I integrate that into mysql logging?
