Rejected because extension not found

Hi,
if i call any extension or feature code when an extra extensions file is included ie extensions_custom.conf i get the message below.

NOTICE[4193] chan_sip.c: Call from ‘7000’ to extension ‘*98’ rejected because extension not found.

Has anyone got any ideas what may cause this?

Hi,

I believe that you have configured your dialplan. In general this message will throws when in your dialplan the context name mismatches or the phone havent registered.

The simple way to fix it was to include the custom [numberplan-XXXXX] context within the default context:

Please reconfigure the dialplan and restart the server. Hope this works.
