Registration expires at 60 seconds using hardware phone

#1

We used asterisk as our main pbx system, installed on Fedora Core 4 on a dual processor system.
Using soft phones specifically xlite and xten, we don’t have problem. But using hardware phone, we use KE1020A ip phone and always encountered “wait logon” on display. I checked the logs and here’s the sample result
Mar 28 10:10:19 VERBOSE[1934] logger.c: – Registered SIP ‘2379’ at 10.200.x.x port 5060 expires 60
Mar 28 10:10:21 VERBOSE[1934] logger.c: – Registered SIP ‘2301’ at 10.200.x.x port 5060 expires 60

It seems these hardware phones will expire registration after 1 minute, is there any way i can solve this by adding some configs on sip.conf? or i really need to upgrade the firmware of the ip phone?
i tried these settings ignoreregexpire=yes defaultexpirey=3600 maxexpirey=3600, and other configs but no luck
Any ideas?

Check the actual settings on the phone, most if not all have a setting for registrations expiration…

For this IP phone, registration expiry is set to 60 seconds, hard coded, and no settings thru its web configuration regarding registration settings
