Regarding free pbx CDR viewer

Hi,

I have successfully installed asterisk now. But when i query report section it says no matching queries. Im little bit confused, Because i generated few test calls and all calls get answered by other party. But i saw something in asterisk debug mode
i saw there is something call “no CDR”

Please help me to resolve this problem.

Regards,
Nalaka

Dear,

You must install the module cdr_mysql.so (this module is part of asterisk-addons), configure /etc/asterisk/cdr.conf to use MySQL as its database and configure /etc/asterisk/cdr_mysql.conf according you MySQL server.
After that, you must create a database.
Take a look in that -> voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cdr+mysql

Good luck. :wink:

i’m having a similar issue. i have cdr_csv.so loaded (per the URL in previous reply), but no files in /var/log/asterisk/cds-csv. Is there some configuration that needs to be turned ON? i have seen something in one of the log files about “CDR=no”, but the exact message is curerntly escaping me (" \me").

Dear,

Take a look here -> voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cdr+csv

good luck! :wink:
