we have successfully integrated Asterisk with Exchange UM.
we use exchange for voice mail only - no IVRs
one issue is that now when i want to record a call - i want it to be stored in UM mailbox - not in the asterisk voice mail app.
has anyone done this in the past ?
Any ideas how to do this?

Let me add to this topic with another question.
let’s say i want to do in call recording by using the record soft key on the digium phone.
that stores the recording in the recorded folder “Cust5” under users voicemail but it also has a copy in wav under /var/spool/asterisk/monitor
how can i access this record action from dial plan so that i can set the fielname of the recorded file.
i prefer to use the softkey as dialing say *3 in call generates audible dtmf tones
