Queue problem

Hi,

W have the queues with agents on asterisk and when agents logs in,
the calls lands in normally on the extensions.But after a day or so
the call do not lands on any extensions though the agents are logged in.
We have implemented rrmemory on the queues and we are having asterisk version 1.4.9.

And “show queues” tells you what ??

Yes it shows that the agents are available to take calls,

but calls not reaching to the extensions and the queues shows that ’ no one to pick the call’

when i restart asterisk it works fine .

Dono why is it happening.
