Problem with 'no samples for alawtolin'

Hello,

We have problem with incoming call, the call is processed to sip peer, sip peer answers the call, but the calling person did not hear the answer of the phone. Only strange message I have noticed in debug is ‘no samples for alawtolin’. The debug information is listed below:
