Hi Guys,

I have a problem, when I dial an invalid number - I hear nothing and then get hung up. the logs show that the system IS playing prompts but I cant hear them:

I checked if the file exists and it does:

In a different scenario though, I hear system prompts no problem. (voicemail, IVR menu and conferencing as the example below…)

Any ideas?

THANKS!

Ori

I’m running Asterisk 1.6.2.2 and have exactly the same issue. I’ve even reloaded the voice files, tried an alternate set of voice files and restored the Asterisk 1.4 voice files I was using (which worked flawlessly with Asterisk 1.4.) No luck.
