I am trying to reset a SoundPoint2 Conference phone so that I can access its GUI ?
On my switch I can see the IP phone by issuing sip show peers ?
Its IP is 192.168.1.130
But when I point my URL there nothing comes up.
Please help.
I know that the Polycom’s take a looooooooooooong time for their GUI to come up. Either way contact Polycom. They would be able to better assist you.
