Playing " extension is busy " when transferint to

greetings,
I am new to asterisk, and have created a very simple dial plan for my extensions using mostly the DIAL cmd. is there any way to playback a previously recorded “extensions is busy” message when an extension attempts to transfer a call to an extension that is busy?.

Hi,

This will do it, you need to turn off call waiting on the IP Phone you are calling.

exten => 903,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN},10,Tt)
exten => 903,2,NoOp("${DIALSTATUS}");Not needed but helps debug
exten => 903,3,GotoIf($["${DIALSTATUS}" = “BUSY”]?5)
exten => 903,4,HangUp()
exten => 903,5,Playback(busy)
exten => 903,6,HangUp()
