PJSIP outbound registration works in Realtime

Is it possible now that PJSIP outbound registration works in Realtime?
As some documents says it works some says it does not… I am using asterisk 13.13cert4

You could store an outbound registration in realtime, but you would still need to issue a reload in order to have it pick up changes.
